Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For customers using Cash on Delivery in the UAE:

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address

  • Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund or reshipment

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Store credit, or

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders only)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.


Exchanges / Replacements

We offer replacements only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is approved and stock is available

If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Kalwanji only if the issue is due to our error

  • In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
