Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

Your order number
Clear photos or video showing the issue

⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear
Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For customers using Cash on Delivery in the UAE:

Please ensure availability at the delivery address
Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund or reshipment
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued via:
- Store credit, or
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders only)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

Exchanges / Replacements

We offer replacements only if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The request is approved and stock is available

If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Kalwanji only if the issue is due to our error
In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
